Aquaelisir courses’ goal is a 360-degree wellness state of mind, body and spirit. 

 

Definition: gentle exercise course in thermal water with the aim of achieving 360-degree wellness for mind, body and spirit. Through specific exercises we work on our joints, muscles, cardiovascular and respiratory systems to awaken our energy and achieve our wellness. Definition: It’s a fun and training activity which takes place in thermal water. Involving human body systems (respiratory, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal) we boost the metabolism, activate the circulation and shape our body. Moreover, we put the properties of water floating and resistance to create lively and effective lessons, full of energy and fun  thanks to the rhythm of music.

Our aquafitness lessons include: aquaerobics, toning, interval training, aquacircuit, aquapilates, aquagag, aquakombat... and many more!!

For whom: It is ideal for whoever wants to practice an intense activity and to stimulate his own body without overloading it ... but above all for who wants to get excited by working in groups to give his day an energising boost!

Neonatal aquaticity

Our swimming courses for babies (3 months -3 years) accompanied by mum and dad in the warm embrace of the thermal water.

Definition: Our swimming courses can be started since the first months of the baby, in the warm embrace of the thermal water. The primary objective of neonatal aquaticity is to accompany the child through his psychomotor growth,fostering the development of water motor patterns. Supported by  gaming experiences, as well as by parent-child and child-group relationships, the activities will allow the baby to develop a complete autonomy in water. These stimuli will help the baby to grow, to improve self-confidence and motor ability both in water and on the ground. Moreover, these activities will become for the child an important moment of sharing in the relationship with the parents.

For whom: the course is for babies from 3 months to 3 years.

NB: vaccinations are not mandatory.

Goals: A unique parent-child experience - Get in touch with other parents and babies - Help your baby overcome the discomfort in the water - Avoid drowning/suffocation risks.
