Definition: Circuit training is organized in stations and number of repetitions. We alternate bodyweight exercises and exercises with equipment to train, tone up and lose weight with a customized learning progression. This activity encourages a rapid fat burning, increases lean mass and improves your cardiovascular capacity, the basal metabolic rate and fat consumption in the 24 hours after the training session. 

For whom: This course is designed for those who want an effective dryland activity. The results are better when  combining dryland and water activity.
