Definition: the course accompanies future mothers to prepare for childbirth and help them in this stage of life. The exercises involve the whole body with the aim of improving mobility, muscle tone and circulation. Great importance is given to breathing and to the understanding of different breathing techniques. We will also lead them to know and learn how to use the pelvic floor. The activity takes place in a warm and cosy environment, exploiting thermal water benefits both for the body and the mind. Thanks to the water you will improve mother-child relationship while learning how to relax your body and acquire awareness of it.

Fathers can take part in some lessons, if they want to.

For whom: this course is for women from the 13th week of pregnancy to the day before childbirth who are looking for a complete activity involving their mind and body.
