Definition: this activity is carried out on a water bike in thermal water. Thanks to the pedaling circular movement against water resistance and vortices, we obtain an intense cardiovascular and muscular endurance training. Moreover, thanks to the constant water massage we are able to stimulate the peripheral circulation, obtaining an aesthetic and functional benefit. Both the environment where the lessons take place and the water bikes are very versatile: this allows us to vary the training proposals, to use small equipment and to train our body completely
