Definition: The course has been designed for sports people and aims at the development of muscle strength, compensatory capacity, sport performance… and more! 
Thanks to core stability sessions, cross training, muscle stretching, interval training and more, with the right dose of energy and fun the results are clear!!
The course is organised  for women on Thursday nights and for men on Wednesday nights.
