Definition: It’s a fun and training activity which takes place in thermal water. Involving human body systems (respiratory, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal) we boost the metabolism, activate the circulation and shape our body. Moreover, we put the properties of water floating and resistance to create lively and effective lessons, full of energy and fun  thanks to the rhythm of music.
